Wellness Center
About Us:
Alisal High School's Wellness Center is the place on campus for all your social-emotional and mental health needs. Staff at the wellness center are trained to help students learn to manage (cope) with the stresses of life, feel good about themselves, and learn and work effectively, in order to contribute to their community.
Services Offered Include:
- Supports with mental health concerns (i.e. anxiety, depression, trauma, psychosis, coping skills, self car, etc.) through:
- Individual Check-ins
- Individual Therapy
- Group Therapy
- Case management:
- Assistance with linkage to community resources include:
- Monterey County Behavioral Health
- Community Human Services
