Alisal High School

Atanacia Malagon-Mares is an educator, counselor and an advocate.  Ms. Malagon-Mares, is a ROP career counselor at Alisal High School.  She has been an educator for over fifteen years. Ms. Malagon- Mares has been a counselor in Elementary, Middle School, High School and Community College level. She believes that each student is unique, with different learning styles and the need for varying amounts of time and support.

Ms. Malagon-Mares earned a Master in Counseling and PPS credential from Sonoma State University, her Administrative Credential from Santa Clara Office of Education.
